Hi I'm Carina
I'm a fun, kind and loving soul, so I understand when anxiety and depression starts to creep into your life how you don't feel like yourself. I had bad anxiety and depression for around 3 years. If I knew what I know about essential oils today, those years would have been much easier on me.
I believe a little kindness goes a long way, and a helping hand does more than what meets the eye. Life can be rough, so I believe it is important to dance to the music, smell the flowers and jump in the water puddles, to enjoy the little things.
My mission with this business is to help those who struggle just like I did, and perhaps make their journey a bit easier, so that they can enjoy the little things. People are stronger than they look but sometimes they just need a helping hand.

About Me.
I'm a certified animal aromatherapy specialist, I have a diploma in herbalism and aromatherapy. I live and breath everything farm, luckily I'm blessed to be able to live and work on the farm. I live in South Africa, Free State, where I have lived my whole live.
I love digging my nails into the ground, and I have had this love since I was a little girl digging in my mother's flower pots. From this love came my huge garden where I produce some of the herbs I sell today.
I have struggled with eczema, dry skin in the winter, anxiety, skin sensitivity and hair loss. With these struggles I learned so much, and with this knowledge I can now help others. Through my aromatherapy journey I made my own hair products, body products and perfume for my anxiety. These changes in my life made my life so much easier. I found relief in so many areas of my life, and so I also gained so much trust and faith in these fragrant oils.
Education
I got my diploma in herbalism in 2023. I learned so much here on herbs and the human body, with every module I went through it became more and more clear how amazing the human body is put together.
I got my certification for my animal aromatherapy specialist in 2024, from The Essential oil Vet, thanks to Dr. Roark and her team. This is where I learned how amazing oils can be when used on animals, and the many many uses of essential oils on any kind of animal.
I got my diploma in aromatherapy for people in 2024. The more I learned about aromatherapy the more I was stunned about how amazing essential oils are. The more I studied the more I fell in love with aromatherapy.
I got my diploma in iridology in 2025, from an international college. I studied the 3 main iridology practices, which gives me a very full scope of the iridology practice. I was stunned how accurate this practice actually is and even through my studies I have seen amazing answers and results.
